I’m Christina Tsiripidou—a Certified Health Coach with an MSc in Clinical Nutrition, a passionate advocate for wellness, and a proud mom of two. Back in 2015, while living in London, I found myself burned out and struggling to keep up with the demands of a fast-paced lifestyle. Poor eating habits and nonstop work had taken a toll on my health, and I knew something had to change.
In 2016, I enrolled in the Health Coaching Training at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and began a transformative journey to reclaim my energy, health, and happiness.
Inspired to share what I was learning, I launched a YouTube channel featuring recipes and wellness tips under my own name. While I knew the name wasn’t ideal—hard to pronounce and remember—I couldn’t settle on a better option, so it stayed that way for quite some time.
My deep curiosity and passion for understanding the science of nutrition led me to move back to Greece in 2018 to pursue an MSc in Clinical Nutrition.
In 2020, during the height of COVID, I started dating my now husband. Within three months, we moved in together—a leap of faith that turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life. He has been an incredible supporter on this journey and is often the one behind the camera for some of my recent YouTube videos.
We got married in 2021, welcomed our first child in 2022, and are now proud parents of two wonderful sons.
Becoming a mom showed me firsthand how essential it is to create practical, family-friendly solutions for parents like me—helping to raise happy, healthy kids without added stress or overcomplication.
Inspired by the joy and wonder of watching my firstborn explore the world, I wrote a children’s book called Little Dino—a celebration of curiosity, discovery, and imagination.
In 2023, I launched a new Instagram account and rebranded my YouTube channel under the name @livewellbychristina (formerly greekmamalife) — a name that truly reflects who I am today and the direction my work has taken. As a mum living in Greece, I share practical tips, nourishing recipes, and real-life insights to support and inspire other parents.
In 2024, I brought everything together through this website, creating a dedicated space to share even more resources for families who want to thrive. While food remains a core pillar, my focus has grown beyond recipes alone. Live Well by Christina is now about living well through nutrition, simple lifestyle interventions, and learning how to truly enjoy parenthood — without pressure, guilt, or perfection.
